  • Check-in and Reporting Times

Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out is 12:00 hrs. For international departures, passengers are required to report at the airport at least 3 hours before the scheduled flight. Keep your passport, visa, tickets, and travel insurance documents easily accessible during check-in and security clearance.

  • Luggage Allowance

Most international airlines allow 20–30 kg of checked baggage per person, depending on the carrier. You may carry one piece of hand luggage (7–10 kg) onboard. It’s advisable to keep travel documents, essential medicines, valuables, and one change of clothes in your hand luggage for convenience and safety.

  • Visa Formalities

A Schengen Visa is mandatory for Indian passport holders traveling to Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, and France. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from the travel date.

Carry any personal or prescribed medicines with valid prescriptions.

During the European summer (May–August), the weather ranges between 12°C and 25°C. Carry light clothing for the day and a sweater or jacket for cooler evenings, especially in the Swiss Alps. Booking Procedure

  • Submit the completed booking form along with passport copies of all participants.
  • Non-refundable deposit: INR 60,000 per person at the time of booking.
  • Balance payment to be made after visa approval or 45 days prior to departure, whichever is earlier.
  • Ensure all required travel documents and visa applications are submitted within the advised timeline.


Cancellation Policy

  • 46+ days prior to departure: INR 60,000 per person
  • 31–45 days prior: 50% of total tour price
  • 16–30 days prior: 75% of total tour price
  • 1–15 days prior: 100% of total tour price
  • No refund for unused services or no-shows.
  • TCS is refundable through your Income Tax Return as per government regulations.
  • Exchange rate applicable will be the rate on the date of final payment.
